?? of 365: Favorite classical piece of all time. Favorite pianist ever. Maybe favorite classic composer. This is Glenn Gould performing a quick excerpt of Bach’s Goldberg Variations. And yeah if you crank up the volume you can totally hear Gould singing along opera style…what a nutter…but yeah this is pretty much one of my favorite experiences of music I’ve ever had, period…so yeah, it’s awesome.
Also…this is the piece that Hannibal Lecter plays in Silence of the Lambs, just as a side note…creepy…
